A medium to full bodied dry Rosé, that should make you think pink.

It should also make you think of enjoying a picnic under a tree, shaded from the Okanagan sun, with a refreshing bottle of this ‘Summer in a glass’. A drink encompassing the fountain of youth. Rosé all day!

Wine making process:

Chilled hand-picked fruit was destemmed to a close press and soaked for 6 days to extract just the right balance of colour and tannins. Once pressed off the juice was settled clear, racked and fermented cool in stainless steel until dry.
